Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — FindDentist365 (October 12, 2026)

FindDentist365 (finddentist365.com), a service of BetterAds Solutions LLC, shares the information you give us on a call with independent service providers and partner networks so they can contact you about your dental care — that sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state privacy laws.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:

1. Email legal@betteradssolutions.com with the subject "Do Not Sell" from the address you want opted out, including the phone number and/or email you submitted; or
2. Call and ask to opt out; we will take your request by phone.

We will honor your request within 15 business days, confirm by email, and instruct partners who received your information within the prior 90 days to delete it where the law requires. Opting out stops future sharing; providers who already received your request may still contact you — reply STOP to texts or ask them directly to stop.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a separate right to limit. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 18.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization. We may verify requests to protect your information.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws: see our Privacy Policy for your full rights (access, deletion, correction, non-discrimination).
